Hi, I’m Laura Benocci, a Brussels-born creative director based in New York City since 2024.

My background has always existed between art and advertising, constantly drawn to the space where culture, music, fashion, and brands intersect. I’m especially interested in how visual identities and creative campaigns can create emotion, shape perception, and leave a lasting impact.

I started my career in advertising agencies before moving into the music industry, where I worked as an artist manager and creative project manager. Over the years, my work naturally evolved toward creative direction and visual identity systems.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with brands, artists, agencies, and cultural institutions across Europe and the US. I’ve notably worked with the French LGBTQIA+ media powerhouse têtu• on international and specialized campaigns. More recently, I’ve been working as a freelance Associate Creative Director at Bellweather, a NYC-based agency dedicated to nonprofit, cultural, and governmental projects. I also collaborated with Snap Inc. as a music curator for two years.

I believe creative industries have both the power and the responsibility to shape how messages echo through the world. That responsibility — and that potential — is what excites me most.
